General Agreement
Welcome to Architexture Furnishings. By engaging our services for bespoke cabinetry or architectural installations, you're agreeing to the parameters outlined below. Have you reviewed our process? We strive for perfection in every joint and finish. All orders are subject to professional site surveys and design sign-offs.
1. Bespoke Order Deposits
Because each piece is tailored to your unique specifications, we require a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure materials and initiate the production queue. This isn't just paperwork; it's the green light for our artisans to begin sourcing premium timber specifically for your project.
Total balance is due 48 hours prior to delivery or installation. We don't accept verbal modifications once the material cutting list has been finalized.
2. Installation Liabilities
Our team takes immense pride in our architectural furniture installations. However, Architexture Furnishings isn't liable for pre-existing structural issues in your New York residence, such as uneven flooring or brittle masonry. Who is responsible for site prep? The client must ensure the installation area is cleared and accessible.
While we carry comprehensive insurance, our liability is limited to the repair or replacement of the furniture piece itself. We won't be held responsible for consequential damages to property beyond the immediate installation zone.
3. Material Sourcing & Variance
Wood is a living material. Expect character. Natural grains, mineral streaks, and subtle color shifts are not defects; they're the fingerprints of nature. When sourcing specific exotic veneers, we'll provide a sample, but please understand that 100% uniformity is impossible in high-grade timber.
